6:30 PM - WELCOME & DINNER SERVICE

8:00 PM - AFTER-DINNER DERBY DELIGHTS PARTY BEGINS

(The party continues for our dinner guests, while Derby Delights ticket holders join the festivities!)

The gates swing open to the Derby Delights Room, while the main ballroom keeps the energy going with dance music! Enjoy the lively atmosphere as you place your bids, sip, and indulge in sweet treats.

  • Silent Auction Showcase – Get an up-close look at the coveted silent auction treasures before placing your winning bids through the mobile site.
  • Derby Cookie Room – A grand display of Derby-inspired and Southern classic cookies, presented in true Pittsburgh Cookie Table fashion. (And yes, your hometown favorites will be there, too!)
  • The Winner’s Circle Bar – One Hour of Hosted Drinks! – From 8:00–9:00 PM, enjoy a selection of complimentary drinks at the special Winner’s Circle Bar in the Derby Delights Room. (Full bar service remains available at the main (cash) bar for additional selections.)
  • A Race Like No Other – It wouldn’t be a Derby party without a little friendly competition! Get ready for a creative twist on horse racing… you’ve never seen it done quite like this!

9:00 PM - LIVE AUCTION IN THE MAIN DINING ROOM

The excitement builds as the action moves back to the main ballroom!

  • Join us as the professional auctioneers take center stage – will you be among the high bidders?
  • Not placing bids? Enjoy the electrifying energy of the live auction while continuing to mingle and celebrate!

10:00 PM - FINAL SILENT AUCTION TABLES CLOSE

The energy stays high as the final bids roll in -- and you start to claim those coveted auction items! Winners can check out their treasures while the dance floor calls for one last spin. Let’s make the most of this unforgettable night before we say farewell at 11:00 PM!

THIS YEAR, GUESTS CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN TWO TICKET OPTIONS.
The first portion of the night is an exclusive experience for full-ticket holders, featuring a seated dinner and early access to the festivities. This experience is $125 per person.

Prefer a more casual event? Join us for After-Dinner Derby Delights Party and arrive at 8:00 pm. Tickets for the After-Dinner Derby Delights Party ONLY is $50 per person. (This portion of the evening is fully included in the $125 ticket option)
