  3. All auction items must be claimed within ten days of the close of the auction. Please note item restrictions for prize packages that cannot be shipped.

Online Auction Rules

  1. Each item in the Auction has an entry in the catalog on the mobile bidding website. Persons desiring to bid may do so by following the instructions on their personal mobile device connected to their bidder numbers or by seeing a Bid Assistant (volunteer with mobile device or laptop computer with an “I can help” lanyard).
  2. Each new bid must be entered through the mobile bidding site.  Silent auction bids that fall below the stated minimum raise amount will not be accepted by the mobile bidding site.
  3. The auction official will disqualify the bid of anyone who attempts to stop others in any way from bidding on an item.  If a bid is disqualified, the bid immediately preceding the disqualified bid will be honored.  Only the auction official may disqualify a bid.
  4. All bids made are considered a promise to pay the bid amount for the auction item bid upon.  If a bid is made in error, bidders should seek out an auction volunteer or OLSH staff member for assistance on changing or removing a bid.
  5. The Auction closes at 8:30 pm. Winners will be notified through the mobile bidding site or in person by an auction volunteer (for those without personal mobile devices) and will be projected on screens.
